All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the weekend as the under 16-year-old’s guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. Under 5’s do not need a ticket. Children 5-12 years need a child ticket. 13-15 year olds need an Accompanied Teen ticket. 16 and above need and adult ticket. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site. There are no Accompnied Teen day tickets. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.

The disabled people’s campsite and car park is a separate area within the guest campsite. Each disabled customer may have up to three people camping with them, and one car. You may camp in a larger group in any of the public campsites. There is no electrical hook up or water hook up and generators are not permitted. There will be a charging point for electric wheelchairs in the campsite. Exact locations will be given on site for toilets and showers. There will be adapted toilets at each public toilet block in the arena and disabled campsite.
