There are no special parking arrangements and traffic wardens strictly control street parking in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Hearts encourages supporters to use public transport. To the north of the stadium, there is some on-street parking available north of Murrayfield Stadium and Corstorphine Road. To the south of the stadium, there is some on-street parking available south of Gorgie Road and in the Shandon area.

There are no age restrictions for attendance. However, everyone attending the match must be allocated a seat. This includes all children and babies. Tynecastle Park, also known as Tynecastle Stadium, is a football stadium in the Gorgie area of Edinburgh, which is the home ground of Scottish Professional Football League club Heart of Midlothian (Hearts). A UEFA category four stadium, it has also hosted Scotland international matches, and been used as a neutral venue for Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup semi-finals.

Tynecastle has a seating capacity of 19,852, which makes it the sixth-largest football stadium in Scotland. Hearts have played at the present site of Tynecastle since 1886.
